Report a denial

Your experience.
Your record.

Document what happened while the details are fresh. Build an encrypted evidence packet that stays under your control.

01 / THE INCIDENT

Start with the facts.

Fields marked * are required. Use approximate dates or explain uncertainty in your account.

Include the reason given, questions asked, the dog’s conduct, your response, and the outcome. For airlines, add the operating carrier, flight number, route, airport, forms provided, and any written refusal or CRO response. Avoid booking codes, diagnoses, government IDs, or unrelated private information. At least 20 characters.

02 / SUPPORTING MATERIALS

Add evidence, if you choose.

Up to 5 files, 10 MB total. JPG, PNG, PDF, or plain text. Files may contain location or other metadata; review what you include. Video and audio can be preserved separately in their original form.

    03 / PROTECT YOUR PACKET

    Choose a strong passphrase.

Use at least 14 characters, ideally several unrelated words. Keep the passphrase separate from the saved packet. We cannot recover it.

    Open a previously saved packet

Choose your .sbr file and enter its passphrase. Decryption happens on this device. You can then download a readable copy; store that unencrypted copy securely.
