Our mission

Corporate policy
must respect
civil rights.

Aggressively challenging unlawful service-dog policies at major corporations through evidence-driven advocacy and legal action.

Partnership. Independence. Belonging.

From one person’s resolve
to a shared purpose.

Our founder is a service-dog user. The starting point is personal: the conviction that knowing your rights should not mean having to defend them at every doorway.

Side by Right is being formed to confront unlawful service-dog barriers at major corporations, including airlines, hotel groups, national retailers, and restaurant chains. Company size and brand recognition do not excuse unlawful discrimination.

Legal action is a central part of our intended strategy, not an afterthought. We aim to pursue well-supported regulatory complaints, policy demands, and litigation where a viable claim, standing, and qualified counsel make it appropriate. The goal is lasting policy correction, enforceable reforms where available, and trained teams, not frivolous punishment.

“Equal access.
Unwavering resolve.”

That is our commitment as we build. We have not claimed completed cases, established legal partnerships, nonprofit status, or a record of results we have not yet earned.

Corporate accountability

Change the policy.
Not just the answer.

A one-time exception does not fix a barrier built into a company’s rules. Our focus is documented policy reform across major corporations, including airlines such as Alaska Airlines.

Naming Alaska Airlines is not an allegation of unlawful conduct or an announcement of a lawsuit. Evidence, the applicable law, and counsel’s assessment must come first.
